What this packaging is made of

The Premium line is based on a composite structure with the material code 90 C/LDPE. We have reduced the aluminium barrier to the technical minimum: a 6 µm layer (alu-soft). It retains 97% of thermal reflection and maximises the share of pure polymer.

The composite material benefits from the transitional period provided for in the PPWR until 2035. The full legal note for ESG auditors is included in the document set.

On request, we produce items from pure LDPE with certified recycled content, ahead of the mandatory PPWR targets.

What to do with used packaging

Three rules. Following them preserves the value of the secondary raw material and lowers waste management costs at your warehouse.

Collect separately

Collect used thermal covers and pallet liners (code 90 C/LDPE) in a dedicated container.

Do not mix with clean stretch film

Aluminium-barrier materials go into the PolyAl fraction: collect them separately. Pure LDPE products can be baled with standard stretch film: they increase the value of the waste.

Bale as composite

Store compressed or folded thermal covers as multi-material waste (PolyAl fraction) and hand them over to the waste operator with a clear instruction for composite recycling.

Correct sorting helps avoid extra charges for mixed commercial waste and improves circularity indicators in ESG reporting (CSRD).

We send the sorting instructions as a ready-to-use A3 poster, in Polish and German.

Where this material is recycled

The 90 C/LDPE structure is compatible with existing recovery technologies: the polymer returns as industrial-grade recyclate, and the aluminium is recovered mechanically or by delamination. Five facilities in Poland and across Europe that do this:

A deforestation-free supply chain

We source 100% of our pallets and cardboard outer packaging from FSC- or PEFC-certified suppliers. We audit our suppliers on an ongoing basis, and from January 2027 we are introducing full DDS geolocation for cardboard packaging.
