How do protective envelopes differ from standard flat bags?
Flat bags are mainly used for sorting, protection against dust and moisture, and bulk packing of smaller items. Protective envelopes, e.g. with bubble film or foam, provide extra cushioning and thermal insulation, so they are well suited to transporting sensitive components, precision tools and technical samples.
In which processes does this packaging work best?
Our solutions mainly support industrial processes and intralogistics. They are used for packing spare part kits, protecting technical documentation and safely transporting raw material samples. They are also used in large volumes in e-commerce.
Can I order bags in a non-standard thickness or with special additives?
Yes. As part of our Custom Packaging service, we adapt both the dimensions and the film properties. We offer bags from 30 to 200 microns thick, with additives such as VCI, UV stabilisers or antistatic (ESD) agents.
Are the bags and envelopes recyclable?
Yes. All our products are made from European raw materials and are recyclable under PPWR. This supports responsible packaging waste management and your sustainability goals.
